SUFFICIENT DOCUMENTATION
We have an in-house program called "EMS Tank Sounding Log Report" for oil tanks; to track down and address waste streams.
- Systematic checks for oil transfer during each watch on a 24 hrs × 365 days basis.
- EMS familiarization process which ensures that the new ship staff is "up to the mark" within 7 days of joining the vessel.
- Besides being SMS and ISPS compliant, all vessels are EMS Compliant. This message is given to all non-crewmembers who board them.
- Various Log-books are maintained by crew to suffice with current regulations.
- Well documented EMS Meetings are held in the Company and the vessels, regularly.
- The documentation is sufficient and up to the latest requirements.
- Additionally, cost saving methods are employed in communications and transferring the records/reports.
